摘　　要：在城市建设用地严重不足而农村却存在大量低效建设用地的背景下,从我国农村居民点整理的概念及对象入手,分析了农村居民点存在的问题,运用文献归纳法、统计分析法从4个方面对其研究方法进行总结,旨在为农村居民点整理潜力测算提供多元化研究。Based on the background of the serious shortage of urban construction land while lots of inefficient land for construction in country- side, from the concept and object of rural residential consolidation, the existing problems were analyzed. The research methods were summarized from three aspects by using literature review and statistical analysis,so as to provide diversification study for rural residential land consolidation potential measar^ment.
