三峡库区移民“万元增收”致富模式探索——以库区万州为例

摘　　要：分析了目前库区移民致富面临的政策机遇和挑战,以投资建设农产业项目形式为合作平台,初步探索出库区移民"万元增收"致富模式,即以建设产业项目形式帮扶移民;强化组织领导,建设农产业项目带动移民致富;创特色农产业项目助推移民致富。The policies opportunities and challenges faced by the development of immigrants＇ security and wealth of reservoir areas at present were analyzed, then taking the agricultural industry investment and construction as cooperative platform,the ＂ten thousand income＂ rich model of reservoir areas was explored preliminarily, including establishing industries projects forms to help immigrants; strengthening organizational leader- ship and establishing industries projects to drive immigrants become rich; creating specialized industries projects to boost immigrants become rich.
