摘　　要：以安徽省江镇镇面点经济发展问题为例,在分析面点经济发展成效及影响的基础上,揭示了面点经济持续发展的现实问题,指出面点经济能否持续繁荣既是对面点行业的冲击,也对农村外出人员从业的稳定性构成威胁,进而影响到当地农村地区的发展与稳定。Based on the analysis of the effectiveness and impact of bread economic development in Jiangzhen Town, the practical issues in the sustainable development of bread development were revealed, it was pointed out that the sustainability of bread economy concerned not only the bread economy, but also the employment stability of rural migrant workers and the development and stability of local rural areas.
