重庆市县域城镇化发展研究

摘　　要：在重庆市作为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革的实验区之一的背景下,结合当前党中央对城镇化发展的要求,分析了重庆市各县域城镇化的现状及存在的问题。通过建立回归分析得出,县域经济发展是制约城镇化发展的关键因素,各县域人口城镇化滞后于土地城镇化,重庆市近半数就业人口仍以农业为生;县域政府在社会保障方面的财政支持力度也较薄弱。针对以上问题,提出了推进重庆市县域城镇化发展的对策建议,以加快重庆市城镇化的健康发展。According to the requirements proposed by the Party, this paper analyses the current situations and problems in Chongqing counties＇ urbanization under the background of Chongqing Overall Urban-Rural Comprehensive Matched Reform Experimental Zone. Through regression an- alyses, it concludes that economic development is the key factor restricting the development of urbanization. Besides, the urbanization of popula- tion lags behind the urbanization of land, most of the employed population work on agriculture in Chongqing. Moreover, the county government has a weak financial investment on social security. This paper puts forward proper solutions to solve the above problems to fasten the healthy de- velanment of urbanization.
