摘　　要：在实现可持续的农业技术扩散的过程中,区域内农户与农户之间及农户与涉农企业或者农业协会、科研机构的联系所形成的社会网络,所积累的社会资本能够消除单个农户规模小的制约,有助于农户获得信用贷款,引进和购买新技术。社会资本能够减少技术采用中的机会主义,降低采用可持续发展的新技术的制约,从而加快绿色农业技术的扩散。因此,在实现农村可持续发展的技术扩散过程中,除了发挥市场和政府的作用以外,也要注重社会资本的构建和积累。In the process of realizing sustainable agricultural technology diffusion, a social network within farmers and farmers, farmers and agri- business or agricultural associations, research institutions was formed. The accumulated social capital could eliminate the constraints of the small - scale agriculture, help farmers to obtain credit, purchase new technology and adopt new technologies, decrease the opportunism in the use of green technology, reduce the constraints for the new technology use, then accelerate the spread of sustainable agricultural - technology. There- fore, we should not only pay attention to the role of market and government, but also focus on building and accumulating social capital during the process of realizing rural sustainable development technology diffusion.
