摘  要:[目的]建立鉴别三七及其混伪品高良姜、白及、姜黄和莪术的紫外谱线组鉴别方法。[方法]采用水、乙醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯和氯仿对5种药材分别进行提取,然后进行紫外检测及其一阶导数光谱检测。[结果]正品三七与高良姜、白及、姜黄和莪术的紫外吸收光谱的峰位置和吸光度有明显的差异。[结论]该方法简便、准确、灵敏,能够很好的区别三七及其混伪品。[ Objective ] To establish a method for distinguishing RADIX NOTOGINSENG from its counterfeits including RHIZOMA ALPINIAE OFFCINARUM, RHIZOMA BLETILLAE, RHIZOMA CURCUMAE LONGAE and RHIZOMA CURCUMAE by ultraviolet spectral line group (UASLG). [ Method] The 5 kinds of medicines were extracted with five different solvents of water, ethanol, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and chloroform. Then, the absorbance in UV and first-order derivative spectrum were measured. [ Result ] There were significant differences in the peak position and absorbance inultraviolet absorption spectrum among RADIX NOTOGINSENG, RHIZOMA ALPINIAE OFFCINARUM, RHIZOMA BLETILLAE, RHIZOMA CURCUMAE LONGAE and RHIZOMA CURCUMAE. [ Conclusion] The method was simple and accu- rate, and could be used to distinguish RADIX NOTOGINSENG from its counterfeits.
