摘 要:[目的]测定新疆不同产地2种沙枣果实的水分、总灰分及总黄酮的含量,为建立新疆沙枣质量标准提供试验数据。[方法]按《中国药典》2010年版Ⅰ部附录IXH中水分测定法中的第1法、附录IXK灰分测定法测定,以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色体系作为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。[结果]新疆2种不同产地沙枣果实含水量均不超过13.92%,总灰分不高于2.91%;总黄酮含量分别为8.75±0.101 5和2.15±0.065 6 mg/g(n=3)。[结论]该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于沙枣果实中总黄酮的含量测定。[ Objective] To detect the water contents, total ash contents and total flavonoids contents of Elaeagnus moorarofiii Wall and Elaeagnus oxcarpa Schlechtend in Xinjiang. [ Method] According to the 2010 Chinese Pharmacopeia, water content and total ash content were detected. With turin as the reference substance, NaNO2 - AI( NO3 )3 -NaOH color system was taken as chromogenic reagent. Total flavonoids content was detected by UV spectrophotometry. [ Result] Water content was less than 13.75% and total ash content was less than 2.91% in both E. oxcarpa and E. moorarofiii fruits. The total flavonoids contents of E. oxcarpa and E. moorarofiii in Xinjiang were 8.75 ± 0. 101 5 and 2.15± 0. 065 6 mg/g ( n = 3 ), respectively. [ Conclusion ] This method was simple accurate and repeatable and could be used for the content determination of total flavonoids in Elaeagnus angustifolia fruits.
