摘　　要：从供体植株(基因型、小孢子发育时期、供体材料发育生理状态)和培养技术(预处理、基本培养基、生长调节剂、碳源、培养基添加剂、培养条件)2个方面对花药培养的研究进行了综述,并提出紫花苜蓿花药培养中需要深入研究的主要问题以及今后研究的方向。Abstract The study on anther culture was expounded from two aspects, the donor plant （ genotypes, growth phase of microspores, growth environment of material） and culture technology （ pretreatment, basic medium, plantgrowth regulator, carbon source, medium additions, eulture conditions）. The main issues on anther culture were analyzed in depth. The future direction of alfalfa（Medicago sativa L. ） anther culture research was discussed.
