摘  要:[目的]采用大田试验的方法,探讨了秸秆还田不同处理方式对黑土微生物数量和土壤酶活性的影响。[方法]土壤微生物采用稀释平板法及四分法进行测定。过氧化氢酶和脲酶的测定分别采用高锰酸钾滴定法和靛酚比色法。[结果]在秸秆施入量相同的情况下,施腐熟秸秆处理显著增加了土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量,增幅分别为61.1%、111.3%和113.5%。秸秆还田处理和施用有机肥处理对土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶有促进作用,其活性明显高于对照。[结论]该研究可为退化黑土耕地的恢复和秸秆还田模式的选择提供参考。[ Objective ] In the field experiment, field test method was used to explore the effects of different way of straw returning on microorganism quantity and soil enzyme in black soil. [ Method ] Dilution-plate method and quartering were used to analyze soil microorganism. Catalase and nrease were measured using permanganate titration and Indigo atmosphere colorimetry. [ Result] The quantity of soil bacteria, fungus and actinomycetes were increased significantly at the same application rate of the straw. The amplification was 61.1% , 111.3~ and 113.5% respectively. Straw returning treatment and organic fertilizer treatment promoted the activity of the urease and catalase. The activity was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control. [ Conclusion] The research could provide the basis for the reclaimation of degraded black cultivated land and the selection of the models of straw returning.
