摘 要:[目的]探索HABR启动过程中污泥的变化和微生物相。[方法]采用低负荷方式对HABR进行启动,研究HABR启动过程中1#、2#、3#、4#隔室内的污泥特性和微生物相变化。通过测定污泥中辅酶F420的浓度、VSS/SS及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)等指标,研究微生物种群的活性,并通过光学显微镜和电镜扫描观察各个隔室内污泥形状及微生物的种类。[结果]启动成功后,反应器中颗粒污泥的粒径沿程变小;各隔室内微生物种群大致相同,但各隔室的优势菌群有所差异,隔室内的微生物菌群随隔室水质不同而发生演变,前2个隔室的优势菌是产酸菌,而后2个隔室则以产甲烷菌为主;颗粒污泥有机物含量很高,其VSS与SS的质量比在0.7左右,说明其生物活性很好。[结论]HABR启动过程中存在比较明显的生物分相。[ Objective ] The study aimed to explore the change and microbiofacies of sludge during the start-up of hybrid anaerobic baffled reactor (HABR). [ Method] HABR was started at a low organic loading rate and the characteristics and the microorganism change of the sludge in No, 1, No. 2, No . 3, No. 4 compartment during the start-up of HABR were studied. The bioactivity of microorganism was investigated throuh the determination of the indexes such as coenzyme F420, VSS/SS and volatile fatty acids (VFA) , and the shape of sludge and microbialspecies were observed by using the optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). [ Resuh] After a successful start, the particle size of the granular sludge in the reactor changed smaller along the way ; the species of microorganism in different compartment were almost the same, with a difference on the predominant bacteria, the microorganism population within the compartment produced the evolution with the different water quality in the compartment, the predominant bacteria in first 2 compartment was the acid-forming bacteria, while that in last 2 compartments was methanogen; the organic matter content in the granular sludge was higher, with the quality ratio of the SS and the VSS of about 0.7, showing that its biological activity was very high. [ Conclusion] There was a more obvious microbiofacies during the startup of HABR.
