摘　　要：首先,分别考察环境权和环境资源产权的产生、涵义和性质、主客体和内容,并在此基础上讨论其相似和差异之处,从而有利于更好地把握环境资源产权的内涵。The generation, connotation, property, subject and object, and contents of environment rights and environment resources property were studied. And based on these~ the similarities and differences were discussed so as to master the connotation of environment resources property.
