摘 要:为检验人工增雨的作业效果,利用新一代天气雷达定量测量降水的技术获取面雨量资料,采取了非随机统计方法,对比区根据地形相似和时间相似方法选择,统计计算作业影响区和对比区的降水相似程度,建立作业区与对比区的自然降水关系回归方程。分析作业后对比区和影响区的3小时累计降水量的变化,即用作业区的实际雨量减去用对比区雨量计算出的作业区雨量,得出人工增雨作业的效果。结合桂林人工增雨作业的实际,规定各作业区与对比区,检验分析发现,作业影响区和对比区的降水总量有明显差异,多年统计平均,增雨率达到15%左右。雷达定量测量降水资料对人工增雨作业效果的检验有很好的帮助作用。To checkout the effect of artificial precipitation, we use new weather radar quantitative measure rainfall technology to obtain the area precipitation data, and the non-random statistical method has been taken. Contrast area is chosen by means of topography similar and time similar. By statistically calculating the precipitation similar level of the contrast area and work area, we can establish the natural precipitationregression equation of contrast and work areas. Moreover, the analysis on the changes ot three-hour accumulative precipitation oi contrast area and work area is carried out, namely us~ the real precipitation of work area minus the calculated precipitation by equation and contrast area precipitation, the effect of artificial precipitation can be obtained. Combining with the actual situation of Guilin artificial precipitation opera- tion, by checkout analysis we can find that the precipitation differences of contrast area and work area are obvious, and based on multi-year statistical average, the rainfall gain rate is about 15 %. Radar quantitative measure rainfall data have greater help for the effect checkout of artificial precipitation.
