河北省农村居民消费需求评价与影响因素分析

摘　　要：在分析河北省目前消费需求现状的基础上,用恩格尔系数和Q值法对农村居民消费水平进行了评价;然后用计量模型验证了河北省农村居民消费水平不高,不是农村居民消费倾向不足,而主要是由农村居民收入水平太低造成,并对非收入因素进行了分析;最后,提出了扩大河北省农村居民消费需求的对策。Based on the analysis of the current consumer demand status of Hebei Province, the consumption level of rural residents are evalua- ted with the Engel coefficients and the Q value method. Then, the level of the consumption of rural residents is not high verified by economet- ric model of Hebei Province. It is not generated by inadequacy consumption propensity of rural residents but the low income of rural residents, and non-income factors are analyzed. Finally, this paper gives some countermeasures about the expansion of the rural consumer demand.
