摘　　要：目的:综述近几年来关于肾康注射液(Shenkang injection,SKI)对糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephrop-athy,DN)治疗作用的研究。方法:查阅相关文献,分析、总结SKI在相关领域的研究报道。结果:SKI能够抑制肾小球细胞肥大、系膜细胞增殖及细胞外基质的堆积,影响各种细胞因子的表达,明显改善DN患者微循环。结论:SKI可以作为防治DN的一种有效药物。Objective:To review the recent research of the treatment about Shenkang Injection(SKI) on Diabetic Nephropathy(DN).Methods:To analysis and summary the related literature.Results:SKI could inhibit the hypertrophy and proliferation of Glomerular mesangial cells,and the composition of Extracellular matrix.It could also affect the expression of various cytokines and significantly improve renal blood rheology.Conclusion:SKI can be used as an effective drug for prevention and treatment of DN.
