摘  要:目的探讨钒酸钠染毒对日本青鳉(Oryzias latipes)肝脏抗氧化酶活力的影响。方法采用21 d静态换水暴露法进行染毒,分别加入0(对照)、0.01、0.02、0.04、0.08、0.15和0.30 mg/L的钒酸钠溶液,每组12尾。在染毒第7、14和21天后,测定肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力。结果日本青鳉肝脏SOD和CAT活力随着钒酸钠染毒浓度的上升呈先上升后下降的趋势,随着染毒时间的延长呈降低趋势。结论较低浓度钒酸钠染毒可使日本青鳉肝脏SOD和CAT活力升高,较高浓度钒酸钠染毒可使肝脏SOD和CAT活力下降。Objective To study the effects of NaVO3 on hepatic antioxidase activities of Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) by NaVO3 ecotoxicological experiments. Methods Japanese medaka was exposed to 0,0.01,0.02,0.04,0.08,0.15 and 0.30 mg/L of NaVO3 through static water change exposure method, after 0,7,14 and 21 days of NaVO3 exposure respectively,the activities of hepatic superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in Japanese medaka were determined. Results With NaVO3 concentration increased, the activities of hepatic SOD and CAT in Japanese medaka increased at the early period of NaVO3 exposure and decreased at the later period of NaVO3 exposure, and the activities of hepatic SOD and CAT decreased while NaVO3 exposure period prolonged. Conclusion The hormesis of NaVO3 in Japanese medaka has been seen in the present study for low concentration of NaVO3 may cause hepatic SOD and CAT activity increase and high concentration of NaVO3 may cause the activity of the two enzymes decrease.
