摘　　要：本文立足当前批发职能分散化引致的工业品流通矛盾以及对多元批发主体的职能关系判定,通过面板数据模型的识别和检验,分析了零售商、批发市场、物流商等多元流通主体所分担的批发职能对独立批发商所承担的专职批发职能的影响。根据实证研究结果,未来应以不同流通主体间的职能关系为参照,理顺批发职能的独立、分解和替代关系。Based on problems resulted from decentralization of wholesale function as well as the relationship among plural subject, this article makes empirical analysis using panel data. According to model recognition and model test, this article gives clue on how plural subject including retailers, wholesale market and logistic operator influence wholesalers when undertaking wholesale function. In future, the independence, disintegration and substitution of wholesale function should be identified and positioned
