摘　　要：本文分析了土地产权残缺和劳动力迁移不完全对土地流转的影响,通过构建农户决策模型说明土地产权残缺提高了土地流转的交易成本,限制了土地流转的范围和形式;而劳动力迁移不完全则强化了农户对土地的控制权偏好,抑制了土地流转市场的有效供给。因此,要形成一个活跃、有效的土地流转市场,就需要综合推进劳动力市场改革和土地制度改革。Based on decision-making model of rural household, this paper analyzes the impact of incomplete property rights of land and imperfect labor migration on efficiency of land transfer. The results show that incomplete property rights of land increases transaction cost, limits the formation and development of land transfer; and imperfect labor migration strengthens farmers＇ preference for right control on land, inhibits effective supply of land transfer. Therefore, the government should promote comprehensive reform both on labor market and land system to develop an active and effective land transfer market.
