摘 要:为探讨环境雌激素辛基酚对成年雄性小鼠血浆与脾抗氧化功能的影响,将20只成年雄性昆明小鼠随机分为4组,5只/组,即橄榄油溶剂对照组和辛基酚处理组。处理组分别为0、1、10、100mg/kg辛基酚剂量组,采用试剂盒测定血浆和脾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果表明,辛基酚显著升高血浆和脾组织中NO、MDA含量并降低血浆和脾组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性及T-AOC水平。说明辛基酚造成血浆和脾组织氧化与抗氧化系统的平衡受到破坏,从而降低抗氧化能力,造成氧化损伤。To study the effect of octylphenol on antioxidant capacity of plasma and spleen in adult male mice,twenty adult male mice were divided randomly into four groups,5 mice/group.Mice in the control group were injected intraperitoneally with olive oil alone,Mice in the experiment groups were injected intraperitoneally with octylphenol resolved in olive oil at 1,10,100 mg/kg doses respectively.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxide capacity(T-AOC),malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) in plasma and spleen were detected by using kits.The results showed that the levels of SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC in testis decreased markedly after treatment,but the contents of MDA and NO were much higher than that in the control group.Octylphenol induces oxidative damage by reducing SOD and GSH-Px,and by increasing MDA and NO.
