摘　　要：病毒来源的免疫刺激RNA寡聚核苷酸(ORN)及其类似物是一类重要的病原相关分子模式(PAMPs),通过TLR7/8激活机体的免疫系统释放一系列干扰素和炎性细胞因子,发挥天然抗病毒免疫。ORN及其类似物可作为免疫调节剂或疫苗佐剂预防和治疗病毒病、自身免疫病和肿瘤。论文就ORN及其类似物的天然抗病毒活性和临床应用等研究进展进行综述。Immunostimulatory RNA oligoribonucleotides（ORN）-derived from ssRNA virus and its analogs act as PAMPs,are capable of rapidly initiating the innate antiviral immune response by TLR7/8 to assure host protection through induction of interferons and inflammatory cytokines.ORN and its analogs therefore may be exploited for immunomodulator or adjuvant against virus infection,cancer and autoimmune disease.Here,we highlight our current understanding of the innate antiviral activity and clinical application of ORN and its analogs.
