摘　　要：猪细环病毒(PTTV)是近年来发现的一种新病毒,属于指环病毒科、ι指环病毒属成员。该病毒在世界范围内广泛存在,在患有断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)的猪群中,PTTV的流行率明显高于健康猪群,怀疑该病毒与PCV-2等病原起协同致病作用,但仍没有找到合适的细胞系适于病毒的体外培养。论文主要围绕其流行病学和遗传变异情况进行了综述,简要介绍了该病毒的多种检测方法,这对进一步研究该病毒的分布和致病性及防控有重要意义。Porcine torque teno virus（PTTV） is a recently discovered virus which belongs to the Anelloviridae and is assigned into a new genus Totatorque virus.The virus is prevalent all over the world with a higher positive ratio of PTTVs in the pig herds of PMWS than that of healthy pigs,so PTTV and PCV-2 maybe contributed to clinical diseases cooperatively.Up to now,PTTV has not been cultured in any cells.This paper overviewed the present prevalence of PTTV and its genetic variation,and it has significance to study the distribution and pathogenicity as well as control of PTTV.
