复配乳化剂对冷轧油乳化性能影响的研究进展

摘　　要：目前国内的冷轧油都是以精制矿物油为原料,并添加乳化剂、油性剂、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、和防腐防锈剂等助剂调合而成。随着国民经济的迅速发展,尤其是冷轧薄板的异军突起,对冷轧油的需求也是急剧增加。简要介绍了冷轧油的组成,重点介绍了国内冷轧油乳化性质的研究状况,并总结了未来冷轧油的发展趋势。At present,the cold rolling oil is often prepared from refined mineral oil by adding emulsifiers,oily agents,antiwear agents,antioxidants and anticorrosion antirust agents.With rapid development of national economy,especially wide application of the cold rolled sheet,demand of the cold rolling oil increases quickly.In this paper,composition of the cold rolling oil was briefly introduced.At the same time,research progress in emulsifying properties of the cold-rolled oil was discussed,and development trend of the cold rolling oil was summed up.
