摘　　要：本文利用地理信息系统中缓冲区分析的原理和方法,以江苏省淮安市为例,对所要研究的区域进行数字化,并分析影响因素,得出缓冲区分析图,再对结果进行综合考虑,得出合理的选址位置。实现地理信息系统在智能化辅助决策中的作用。This paper introduces the buffer analysis with geography information system （GIS） principles and methods. As an example of Huaian city, the first work is to digitize and analyze the influencing factors, complete the buffer analysis diagram, and then to get the results of the comprehensive consideration. Finally the reasonable locations are completed.
