摘 要:气井临界冲蚀产量是地下储气库气井配产的重要参考因素之一。根据经典计算模型,结合气藏工程原理,详细研究并推导了适合呼图壁储气库气井冲蚀产量的模型公式。根据临界冲蚀产量模型公式,分析了影响冲蚀产量大小的主要因素与影响规律,主要影响参数为管柱内径、流动压力和气体温度,影响规律为冲蚀产量与管柱内径、流动压力成正比关系,与气体温度成反比关系,且受管柱内径变化的影响较大。经过文献调研,参考国内其他储气库的资料,结合呼图壁储气库的实际情况,确定了呼图壁储气库中气井冲蚀产量公式的经验常数值。利用冲蚀产量模型,从气井冲蚀产量的角度,计算并优选了114.3 mm管柱为呼图壁储气库的直井管柱,研究了安全阀部位的冲蚀规律,认为在实际采气阶段88.9 mm安全阀存在阶段性的冲蚀,应定期检查安全阀,及时更换,确保安全阀的正常使用。The critical erosion output of gas wells is one of the important parameters of production allocation for underground gas storage.A model formula of calculating gas well erosion output for Hutubi gas storage has been discussed and derived based on classical calculation model and gas reservoir engineering principle.According to the critical erosion output model formula,the key factors affecting the erosion output and the affecting pattern have been analyzed.The key factors include pipestring ID,flowing pressure and gas temperature.The erosion output is in direct proportion to pipestring ID and flow pressure,in inverse proportion to gas temperature,and changes greatly with the size of pipestring ID.The empirical constant of gas well erosion output formula has been determined for Hutubi gas storage after investigation into domestic gas storages and local situations.The erosion output model has optimized 114.3 mm pipestring for the vertical gas wells in Hutubi gas storage,studied the erosion pattern at safety valve location,and presented that periodical erosion exists at 88.9 mm safety valve,therefore the safety valve should be inspected regularly and changed timely to ensure normal operation.
