摘  要:针对四川盆地纵向上存在多个油气储层,且不同储层间压力系数差异较大,天然气井完井难度大的问题,采用分层完井方式以提高气藏采收率、减少钻井投资。运用程序分析方法辨析该类井的完井作业难点,对影响分层完井方式的关键环节—井控安全、完井管柱和增产改造进行研究,并初步应用于现场作业。研究表明,采用分层完井能够更有效地提高该类气井的开采效率,但仍需进一步优化管柱结构,减小储层伤害,达到更好地恢复生产的目的。There are several reservoirs vertically in Sichuan Basin and the pressure coefficient differs a lot among the reservoirs,leading to difficulty in gas well completion.This paper introduces separate layer completion to improve the recovery factor of gas reservoirs and reduce drilling cost.The difficulties in well completion are analyzed by program analysis method,the key factors affecting separate layer completion including well control safety and completion pipestring and the stimulation measures are studied,and the technology has been applied to field operation on a trial basis.The study shows that separate layer completion can effectively improve the recovery efficiency of such gas wells,but more work is to be done in respects of pipestring optimization and formation damage reduction to better resume production.
