尿AAP测定在紫癜性肾炎中的初步观察

摘　　要：为探讨尿 AAP测定在紫癜性肾炎中的临床意义 ,本文应用速率法和放射免疫法测定 32例紫癜性肾炎患儿尿AAP和 m Alb。经观察尿 AAP与 m Alb呈正相关 (γ=0 .712 ) ,2 0例对照组尿 AAP活性为 8.84± 2 .6 1u/ g.Cr,患儿组尿 AAP活性为 16 .6± 5 .94u/ g.Cr,两者有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。 14例患儿治疗前与缓解后尿 AAP分别为 19.40± 5 .6 8,11.0 8±4.72 u/ g.Cr,差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 0 1)。4例尿检阴性紫癜性肾炎患儿与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。资料显示 :尿 AAP活性可较特异的反应肾脏早期损伤情况 。In order to study the clinical significance of uric AAP determination in purpuric nephritis,uric AAP and malb were determined in 32 children with purpuric nephritic by rate method and radio-immunity assay.The result showed that uric AAP was positively correlated with mAlb(=0.712).The activity of the uric AAP in control group(20 cases)was 8.84±2.61u/g.Cr;whereas,that in the children with the disease(14 cases)was 16.6±5.94u/g.Cr and there was a significant difference between the two.The activity of the uric AAP in 14 children with the disease before treatment and after remission was 19.40±5.68,11.08±4.72u/g.Cr,respectively,the difference being significant(0.001).There was a significant difference between 4 children with the disease but with negative result of urinary examination and control group.The results suggest that the activity of uric AAP can specifically reflect the early kidney injury and it is a better index in diagnosing purpuric nephritis and evaluating the curative effect.
