补阳还五汤颗粒剂治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨补阳还五汤颗粒剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组口服或鼻饲补阳还五汤颗粒剂,每日1剂,分2次服用;对照组用丹参注射液20 ml静脉滴注加口服或鼻饲阿司匹林,每日1次,2组疗程均为15d。治疗后观察临床疗效和血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗组基本痊愈9例(30.0%),显著进步15例(50.0%),进步3例(10.0%),总有效率90.0%;对照组基本痊愈5例(16.6%),显著进步8例(26.7%),进步8例(26.7%),总有效率70.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标与治疗前比较有显著改善(P<0.01),对照组治疗后与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤颗粒剂治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著,可改善血液流变性,降低血黏度。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Buyanghuanwutang granule on acute cerebral infarction （ACI） and its influences on hemorheology of ACI.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n= 30 ） and control group（n = 30）.In treatment group,patients received one dose of Buyanghuanwutang granule twice a day and lasted 15 days.In control group,patients received Danshen injection infusion 20 ml by intravenous drop and aspirin by oral route or nasal feeding once a day and lasted 15 days.After 15 day＇s therapy,the clinical effect and changes of hemorheology were observed.Results In the treatment group,9 patients were healed（30.0%）,15 patients＇condition were improved significantly （50.0%） and 3 patients＇condition were improved in certain degree（10.0%）,the total effective ratio is 90.0%.In the control group,5 patients were healed（16.6%）,8 patients＇conditions were improved significantly（26.7%） and 8 patients＇ condition were improved in certain degree（26.7%）,the total effective ratio is 70.0%.The effect in treatment group was significantly better than those in control group（P 0.01 ）.The hemorheology after therapy were improved significant in treatment group（P 0.01）,but no significant changes in control group（P 0.05）,there were significant differences between the two groups（P 0.01 ）.Conclusion Buyanghuanwutang granule has significant clinical effect in treating patients with ACI.The hemorheology can be improved and the blood viscosity can be decreased by using of BuyangHuanwutang granule.
