新疆叶城县维吾尔族心血管住院患者调查分析

摘　　要：目的利用较大样本住院资料分析新疆叶城县维吾尔族心血管病住院患者病因构成比、年龄分布及各种心血管疾病的平均年增长速度,探讨该地区维吾尔族心血管疾病发病情况及变化趋势。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年12月在新疆叶城县解放军第18医院住院的维族心血管病患者的临床资料,对心血管疾病病种和年龄进行分析。结果冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、肺源性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、扩张性心肌病、先天性心脏病和其他心血管疾病的构成比分别是37.20%、29.86%、14.13%、11.51%、4.16%和1.68%。冠心病、高血压、肺心病、风心病、扩心病和先心病平均年增长速度分别是25.98%、22.76%、22.20%、12.80%、17.84%和13.62%。所有心血管疾病的总体年平均增长速度是22.07%。50～69岁年龄段分布占整个年龄段的53.70%。结论新疆叶城地区维族患者心血管疾病构成比中冠心病和高血压所占比例排第1、第2位,远高于其他心血管疾病;50～69岁年龄段是心血管疾病住院的主要年龄段。加强对冠心病、高血压的防治有助于减少维吾尔族心血管疾病的住院率。Objective To analyze the constituent and age distribution of Uighur inpatients with cardiovaseular diseases in the 18th hospital of PLA from January 2006 to December 2010.Methods A retrospective review on the case date in the 18th hospital of PLA,analyzed the constituent and age distribution of 4997 Uighur patients in hospitalization who suffered from cardiovaseular diseases.Results The constituent of coronary heart disease,hypertension,pulmonary heart disease,rheumatic heart disease,dilated cardiomyopathy,congenital heart disease and other cardiac disease was 37.20%,29.86%,14.13%,11.51%,4.16% and 1.68%.The average increasing rate of coronary heart disease,hypertension,pulmonary heart disease,rheumatic heart disease,dilated cardiomyopathy and congenital heart disease was 25.98%,22.76%,22.20%,12.80%,17.84% and 13.62%.The average increasing rate of all heat diseases was 22.07%.The frequency of distribution for portion of age between 50 to 69 years occupied 53.70% in total.Conclusion Coronary heart disease and hypertension are main components of all.Prevention for cardiovascular disease especially coronary heart disease and hypertension should be strengthened in this area.
