摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的作用。方法对68例Ⅱ度烧伤患者采用同一患者两处深度相同、部位相应的创面进行自身对照,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组创面行常规基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗的基础上应用rhEGF进行治疗。对两组的愈合时间及细菌检出率进行比较分析。结果观察组创面愈合时间较对照组缩短,浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面观察组愈合时间为(9.3±1.2)天,对照组为(13.1±3.5)天;深Ⅱ度烧伤创面中观察组愈合时间为(15.1±3.0)天,对照组为(20.7±2.2)天;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 rhFGF能够有效促进浅、深Ⅱ度创面的愈合。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinent human epidermal growth factor in treatment of second degree burn wounds.Methods 68 patients with Ⅱ degree burns were included in the study.Randomself-control method,use the same two patients with the same depth,location,wound for the corresponding self-control,divided into two groups and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional wound,while the observation group in the basic application of rhEGF treatment on the basis of treatment.Healing time and the two groups of bacteria detection rate,a comparative analysis.Results The healing time of all abovementioned wounds was significantly shorter in recombinent human epidermal growth factor treated groups than the controls（P0.01）.Conclusion rhEGF can promote the healing of Ⅱ burn wounds without obvious side effects.
