科技创新引领学生发展与素质提升的实践与探索——以成都大学信息科学与技术学院为例

摘　　要：科技创新素质是高校教育评价学生素质全面发展最重要的标志,是大学生综合素质提升的重点和关键。高校学生素质提升工作要充分认识到科技创新素质对大学生综合素质提升的引领和推动作用。针对IT专业方向和学生特点,以3+X科技创新人才培养模式为主线,不断以系统的学生科技创新管理、学生科技创新活动、科技创新团队、校企合作为探索和实践途径,充实科技创新在学生全面发展中的内涵,拓展科技创新对学生综合素质提升的作用。Science and technology innovation quality is one of the most significant standards to evaluate the overall development of students＇ quality in higher education and is also the key point for the comprehensive quality promotion of college students.We need to be fully aware of the guiding and promoting role of science and technology innovation for college students＇ quality enhancement.According to the characteristics of the students majoring in Information Technology,we need to use 3＋X talents cultivation mode as the main line and continuously use students＇ science and technology innovation management,their innovation activities,innovation teams and cooperation between universities and enterprises as the main exploration and practice method in order to enrich the connotation of the role of science and technology in the overall development of the students and expand the role of science and technology in the enhancement of students＇ comprehensive quality.
