摘 要:运用数值计算和模型试验方法对钢骨钢纤维高强混凝土复合井壁结构的水平承载特征进行了研究.数值计算中,井壁厚度与外半径之比、竖向应力与单轴抗压强度之比、配筋率及相邻两层钢骨之间净距与井壁厚度之比对其水平极限承载能力影响较显著;通过计算结果的回归分析,得到了其水平极限承载能力的计算公式.模型试验及分析表明:在竖向荷载加载阶段,钢骨和混凝土能协同变形;水平荷载加载阶段,钢骨应变达到屈服应变后,钢骨表现出一定的塑性流动或强化变形特征;井壁结构破坏时,钢骨和混凝土的切向应变值多为-2.3×10-3~-3.0×10-3;该种井壁结构的水平极限承载能力可运用数值计算方法进行估计.Numerical and experimental models were used to study the horizontal bearing proper- ties of shaft linings consisting of encased steel or steel fiber reinforced, high strength concrete. The calculations show that a number of non-dimensional parameters have obvious effects on the ultimate horizontal bearing capacity. These factors include the ratio of thickness to outer radi- us, of vertical stress to uniaxial compression strength, and of the spacing between adjacent lay- ers of steel ribs to total lining thickness. The reinforcement ratio also is seen to have an effect. An equation for ultimate horizontal bearing capacity was derived from the numerical results. The experimental model shows that the encased steel lining deforms in conjunction with the concrete during the vertical loading stage. During horizontal loading the encased steel shows plastic deformation at the yield stress. The shear strain in the encased steel lining approximates the strain in the concrete, --2.3)〈 10-3 to --3.0 X 10-3, when the lining is damaged. Numeri- cal analysis can be used to estimate the ultimate horizontal bearing properties of both encased steel or steel fiber reinforced, high strength concrete linings.
