摘 要:采用现场试验的方法对上海自然博物馆地下连续墙内埋管的传热性能进行了试验研究,分析了埋管布置形式、循环水流速、进水温度和运行模式对换热效果的影响.试验结果表明:地下连续墙内埋管的布置形式和传热性能都与传统的地埋管有较大的不同;混凝土水化热对地下连续墙体的温度有较大影响;增大埋管的支管间距可以提高其换热效果;在试验工况下的单组埋管合理流速为0.6~0.9m/s,;地下连续墙内埋管的换热量随进水温度呈线性变化;采用间歇运行的模式,可以提高热交换系统的换热量.Field experiment was carried out at the Shanghai Museum of Nature History, which adopts the new technology of embedding heat exchangers in diaphragm wall for the first time in China. The heat transfer performance of heat exchangers in diaphragm wall was investigated under different conditions including the type of heat exchangers, the water velocity, the inlet water temperature and the, operation modes. The experiment results show that the structural type and heat transfer performance of heat exchangers in diaphragm wall are quite different from heat exchangers in borehole. The heat of concrete hydration has an important effect on the temperature of diaphragm wall, and this may significantly affect the heat transfer perform- ance of heat exchangers. Enlarging the distance of branch tubes can improve the efficiency of heat exchangers. A reasonable water velocity was from 0.6 to 0.9 m/s under the experimental condition and the exchange rate was found to increase linearly with the temperature of inlet wa- ter. An intermittent mode of operation may be an effective way to improve the heat transfer performance.
