海西经济区农民工收入实证研究

摘　　要：利用对海西经济区实地调研数据,对影响海西地区农民工收入因素进行描述性统计分析,统计显示2009年金融危机不是减少了农民工劳动时间,而是增加了农民工劳动时间;以小时收入为因变量运用OLS方法实证分析,结果显示农民工小时收入与性别、年龄、受教育水平、工作年限、拥有专业资格证书等级等呈正相关,与年龄的平方、户口呈负相关;分位数回归分析显示与OLS回归分析基本相同,但高分位数和低分位数对不同类型的农民工略有不同。Based on the questionnaire data of migrant workers in Haixi Economic Area,descriptive and statistical analyses are conducted as to the factors that affects the income of migrant workers. Findings show that the financial crisis in 2009 did not reduce the working time, but increased the working time of migrant workers. Then positive analysis on the basis of the hourly earnings of migrant workers in Haixi Economic Area is made with OLS regression,the results show that the hourly earnings of migrant workers are positive correlation with sex,age,education level,work experience and the band of professional qualifications, On the other hand, it negatively correlats with the age squared and residence. The quantile regression analysis shows that the result is basically the same with the OLS regression,but there is difference between the high quantile and the low quantile.
