摘 要:介绍了一种水性反光型道路标线涂料的研制方法,通过混拼氟碳乳液技术改进了耐水、耐碱、耐候、耐沾污等多项性能,采用纳米填料改性技术增加涂膜的耐磨性和附着力。并通过优化配方的各组分、生产工艺和施工方法,改进了涂料的贮存稳定性、不粘胎时间等性能;改进了生产工艺,提高了逆反射系数。经过多次优化配方,为研制综合性能高的水性反光型道路标线涂料提供设计思路和理论依据。Introduces a preparation method of waterborne reflective road marking coatings. Performances of the coatings, such as water-resistance, alkali-resistance, weatherability and contamination resistance can be improved via mixing fluorocarbon resin latex technology; abrasion resistance and adhesion of the coatings film can be increased via nano-fillers modification technology; storage stability and no pick tip time can be modified via optimizing lhe formula, production processes and application methods; back reflection coefficient can be improved via the modification of production processes. Since the lbnnula has been optimized many times, the preparation method will provide design ideas and theoretical basis for the development of high-performance waterborne and reflective road marking coatings.
