摘　　要：[目的]调查中风易患者常见体质类型,制定实施针对性综合干预措施,观察对中风易患者危险因素影响,探讨综合干预在中风病一级预防中作用。[方法]2009年6月至2010年8月,对120例中风易患者进行体质分类,按不同体质,制定相应调理方案,从饮食、起居、运动、情志、药物、针灸、药浴等方面给予长期综合干预,观察血压、血糖、血脂、BMI变化。[结果]中风易患者男多于女(P<0.05),痰湿质最多(34.16%,41/120),无特禀质;阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质间有显著性差异(P<0.05),其它体质类型不同性别之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。危险因素中,高血压最多,其次是高血脂、糖尿病、颈动脉狭窄等。短期干预(3个月)血压、血糖、血脂、BMI指标有不同变化(P>0.05,P<0.05),长期干预(9个月),均显著改善(P<0.05)。[结论]长期综合干预中风易患者,对危险因素可明显改善,降低脑卒中发病率。[ Objective ] To survey stroke patients to common type of constitution. To make comprehensive in-terference measures. To explore Comprehensive interference in stroke primary prevention effect. [Method] in2009 - 2010, 120 cases of patients with stroke easy physical classification, From the diet, daily life, motion,gentle disposition, medicine, acupuncture, dipping observed blood pressure, blood sugar ,blood fat observa-tion and BMI changes. [ Result ] stroke patients was more than female to male （ P 〈 O. 05 ） , Phlegmy wet quali-tative was the most （34. 16% , 41/120）. Yang quality, Yin deficiency quality, phlegmy wet quality, hot andhumid quality was significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. other type of constitution, different gender was not signif-icant difference （P 〉 0.05）. High blood pressure was the most, next was the high cholesterol, diabetes, ca-rotid artery stenosis, etc in risk factors. Short term intervention （3 months） blood pressure, blood sugar andblood fat, body mass index, index had different change, long -term intervention （9 months） , were improved significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] long- term comprehensive interference to stroke patients, the risk factors cauld obviously improve, reduced the incidence of stroke.
