黑归脾汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型心悸40例

摘　　要：[目的]观察黑归脾汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型心悸疗效。[方法]40例患者口服黑归脾汤加减治疗,1剂/d,15d为1个疗程。治疗1疗程(15d)根据患者自觉心慌程度判定疗效。[结果]临床治愈15例,显效17例,有效8例,总有效率100%。[结论]黑归脾汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型心悸疗效显著,无副作用。[ Objective ] Observation of Heiguipitang treat palpitation typed liver stagnation and spleen defi- ciency. [Method] 40 patients diagnosed with oral administration of Heiguipitang decoction, day 1,15days for a treatment, done after a course of self-control to do before and after treatment. [Results] Treats 40 cases,shows resuhs 17 cases, efffective 8 cases, total efficient is 100%. [ Conclusion ] The effection is quite Notable that Heiguipitang treat palpitation typed liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
