摘　　要：老年慢性支气管炎引发因素为外邪内侵,发病根本乃肺气不足、脾胃虚弱,重要病机系肾不纳气、肾气不足。辨证论治首当培土生金、补脾益气,六君子汤健脾利湿治本;金水相生,治病求本,补益肾气,纳气复元地黄丸安肾丸主之;脾肾双补、填母补子、补脾益肾,七味都气丸温肾纳气治根。未雨绸缪、防治未病,既病防变,冬病夏治、扶正固本。Senile chronic bronchitis induced factors for the evil outside intrusion, the pathogenesis under- lying is the insufficiency of lung - qi, weakness of the spleen and stomach, important pathogenesis of kidney qi, kidney - qi deficiency. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation when Shengjin, spleen qi, Six Gentle- men Decoction spleen dampness disease; Jinshui health, treatment of root of disease, invigorating kidney qi, Qi from Rehmannia Pill kidney quieting pill principal; spleen kidney supplementation, filling the mother child, invigorating the kidney and spleen, seven flavor of warming kidney qi pill treatment of gas root. Save, prevention of disease, preventing disease, treating winter disease in summer, centralizer.
