丹栀逍遥散加减治疗反流性食管炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察丹栀逍遥散加减治疗反流性食管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将112例分为两组,对照组56例奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾、莫沙必利口服。治疗组56例丹栀逍遥散加减。均28d为1疗程。治疗1疗程(28d)判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈34例,显效17例,无效5例,总有效率91.07%。对照组临床治愈22例,显效10例,无效24例,总有效率57.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),临床治愈率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹栀逍遥散加减治疗反流性食管炎有良好疗效。[ Objective ] Observed increase Vedan Danzhi Xiaoyaosan treatment of reflux esophagitis clinical efficacy. [ Method] The 112 cases of reflux oesophagitis patients random divided into treatment group 56 exam- ple, contrast group 56 laws granting . contrast group using control group Omeprazole capsules 2 times per day, 20 mg sildenafil citrate, potassium bismuth particles 2.0 to 2 times per day and 34 minutes before meals, MO-SA will consume 5 rag, 3 times daily treatment, treatment group the Vedan gardenias scattered Soyo Group 2 for basic medicines are in 4 weeks after treatment efficacy observed. [ Result ] Treatment group, 91.07% total efficiency, control group was 51.14% compared to two groups, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Jiaweidan Zhi Xiao Yao powder in treatment of reflux esophagitis with good clinical efficacy.
