摘　　要：便秘病位在大肠,与肺脾肾相关。治疗以通为主,兼顾调和脾胃,不可妄下峻利药,以免损伤气血生化之源,徒损阴液,使便秘更甚,尤其是老年人气血津液生化不足,无水行舟。审明病因病机,四诊合参,辨证施治,通补兼施,当能收到立竿见影之效。Constipation disease in colon, and lung spleen and kidney related. Treatment to pass, both regulating spleen and stomach, can not jump to Jun Li drug, so as not to damage the source of Qi blood Yin, and loss of fluid, the constipation worse, especially in the elderly qi - blood - body fluid biochemical deficien- cy, anhydrous boat. Judged of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, four methods of diagnosis, through both strengthening,when can receive to get instant results.
