眼针联合体针治疗中风后便秘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察眼针联合体针治疗中风后便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将34例分为两组,体针组20例,取双侧天枢、上巨虚、气海、中脘,热秘加合谷、曲池,冷秘加足三里、阳陵泉,气秘加肝区、行间、气海,气血虚加脾区、肝区、膻中、血海。热秘用泻法,冷秘、气秘、气虚、血虚均用补法。眼体针组眼针取双侧肺区、大肠区。不施手法。体针取穴手法同体针组。均留针20～30min,7d为1疗程。治疗2疗程(14d)进行疗效判定。[结果]眼体针组治愈8例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。体针组治愈3例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率78.57%。眼体针组疗效优于体针组(P<0.05)。[结论]眼针联合体针治疗中风后便秘疗效好、安全、副反应小。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of combined eye needle and body acupuncture in treating Constipation after stroke. [ Methods ] Thirty - four patients were randomly allocated to eye needlegroup and acupuncture group . The acupuncture group choosed the area of lung and large intestine, and the body acupuncture choosed Tianshu, Qihai,Zhongwan, Shangjuxu. On the basis of the treatment of acupuncturegroup the eye needle group increase the area of lung and large intestine, The therapeutic effects were evaluatedafter two weeks. [ Results ] The therapeutic effects of eye needle group were superior to that of body acupunc- ture group（ P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Combined eye needle and body acupuncture is a effective way to treat constipation after stroke.
