摘　　要：介绍了传统水涂粉工艺的特点,总结了PEO胶在水涂粉工艺应用中出现的问题,就PEO胶的粘度与比重配合应用的问题作了总结与理论分析,提出了低粘度粉浆涂层的工艺实施方案。The characteristics of the traditional water-coating process are introduced. The problems that arise when PEO glue is used in water-coating process are summarized. The coordination application of viscosity and proportion of PEO glue are analyzed. A good technical scheme to produce the ideal fluorescent powder coating is proposed.
