针灸为主治疗人流术后输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸结合特定电磁波照射物理疗法治疗人流术后致输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针灸结合特定电磁波照射物理疗法,对照组采用单纯针灸疗法。结果:治疗组的有效率为93.3%,对照组的有效率为70.0%,P<0.05;并且在痛经、腹痛、腰胝部酸痛、肛门坠胀等症状改善上治疗组也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合特定电磁波照射物理疗法对人流术后致输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕病有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the acupuncture combined with specific physical therapy to illuminate the electromagnetic wave in the treatment of oviduct inflammatory obstructive people postoperative infertility clinical effects.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group of 30 patients in 30 cases.The acupuncture treatment group was according to special electromagnetic wave radiation physical therapy,acupuncture therapy with simple control group;Results：The acupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave radiation of physical therapy to the effective rate was 93.3%,and the effective rate was 70.0% in control group,P〈0.05;And in dysmenorrhea,abdominal pain,waist Zhi department ache,fell on the symptom such expansion anus treatment was also significantly superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave radiation physical therapy has a good efficacy to treat the inflammatory disease of oviduct infertility.
