摘　　要：本文针对国产振动伺服缸使用中存在的问题,伺服缸活塞杆漏油、位移传感器密封漏油,伺服缸连接法兰内部工艺孔漏油及端盖处静密封漏油,拿出改进措施使国产振动伺服缸寿命达到了稳定使用要求,为企业降本增效做出了一定贡献。The following operation problems of domestic vibration servo cylinder are existing, such as oil leakage of servo cylinder piston rod, oil leakage of position transducer seal, oil leakage of the internal process hole of servo cylinder connection flange and oil leakage of static seal around end cover. In view of the above problems, this thesis works out improvement measures allowing domestic vibrating servo cylinder to operate stably on a long life basis, which makes a contribution to the enterprise＇s operation with lower cost and higher economic benefit.
