摘　　要：文章从目前招投标遇到的困惑谈起,指出一标定总价模式给建筑业带来的不利影响。对实体材料甲供条件下的计价模式与招投标的适应性进行分析,提出两阶段计价法的概念。该方法与招投标有更好的适应性,可以减少投标工作量、缩短招投标时间,充分体现竞争性。有利于企业定额的形成及更好地保证工程质量,有利于加快"三新"应用及推广,有利于促使建材业走出低端徘徊,实现产业升级。From the current confusion met in bidding,points out that the total price of a calibration model brings the bad influence to the construction industry.Analyzes the bidding adaptability under the condition of the hypostatic material,and puts forward the concept of two phase identification method.The identification method and bidding have better adaptability,can reduce the workload,shorten the tender bidding time,and fully embody the competitive.Benefiting to the enterprise complement of formation and better ensuring the engineering quality,that can help to accelerate＂SanXin＂ application and promotion,raise building materials industry out of the low end of the wandering,realize the industry upgrade.
