摘 要:以某厂房直角突变式吊车梁应力测试为工程背景,由于厂房原有结构存在限制,梁端头截面高度不能做到足够大,吊车吨位大、工作繁重,故对其直角突变式吊车梁支座受力性能进行了有限元分析。结合实际应力测试和有限元计算数据,比较和探讨截面突变处的局部应力状态和力学性能,进一步了解直角突变式吊车梁端头的疲劳敏感区以及此类吊车梁的疲劳性能。Based on the analysis of stress test on crane girders with right angle supports of varible section,finite element analysis on bearing capacities of crane girders with right angle supports of varible section was carried out.The crane girders have large tonnage and heavy workload,and for the limits of the original structure,the height of the first beam section can not be large enough.Compared with the actual test and finit element analysis data,stress states and mechanical properties of the local sections of mutations were analyzed.Fatigue sensitive areas and fatigue performances of crane girders with right angle varible section were studied.
