摘　　要：目的　调查部队人群急性散发性戊型肝炎 (戊肝 )发病率和分布 .方法　 1 993- 0 1 / 1 2对驻东北、华东、西南、华南野战部队 ,以整群抽样的方式前瞻性地观察了 1 6 0 36 0人 ,对散发性戊肝发病情况进行了调查 ,收集血清 ,检测了抗 -HEV Ig M与抗 - HEV Ig G.结果　共发生散发性急性病毒性肝炎 31 0例 ,血清学分型表明 38例为戊肝 ,戊肝年发病率为2 3.7/ 1 0万 ,戊肝占部队急性病毒性肝炎的 1 2 .2 6 % .4个观察部队以济南某部最高 (2 8.6 / 1 0万 ) ,广州某部最低 (1 4 .6 / 1 0万 ) .散发性戊肝发病有 3～ 4与 8～ 1 1月份两个高峰 ,在部队干部与战士、老兵与新兵之间戊肝发病率没有显著性差别 .结论　部队人群普遍存在散发性戊肝 ,应重视其预防 .AIM To survey the incidence and distribution of acute viral hepatitis E (AHE) in Chinese PLA. METHODS By the method of cluster sampling, a prospective study on the incidence of AHE was conducted in 1993 on a total of 160 360 army personnel, who were stationed in the Northeast, East, Southwest and South of China respectively. From 1st of January to 31st of December in 1993, there were altogether 310 acute viral hepatitis cases. All acute viral hepatitis sera were collected and anti HEV IgM and anti HEV IgG were detected. RESULTS Among all the acute hepatitis cases, there were 38 acute viral hepatitis E cases, which accounted for 12.26%, and the incidence rate of hepatitis E was 23.7/100 000. The AHE incidence of a unit in Jinan ( 28.6 / 100 000 ) was the highest, while that of a uint in Guangdong was the lowest (14.6/ 100 000 ). There were two incidence peaks of AHE: from March to April and from August to November. No significant difference was found in the AHE incidence between commanders and soldiers or recruits and veterans. CONCLUSION Acute hepatitis E is sporadic in army personnel and serious attention should be paid to its prevention.
