三种消毒液对硅胶气管套管消毒效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察3种常用消毒液对硅胶气管套管的消毒效果。方法采用棉拭涂抹采样和活菌计数培养法,对戊二醛、碘伏和84消毒液消毒使用后气管套管的效果进行了观察。结果分别用浓度为5 000 mg/L有效碘的碘伏消毒液、20 g/L戊二醛消毒液和有效氯250 mg/L的84消毒液浸泡气管套管20 min,每种消毒液都浸泡24例,均可杀灭自然菌,消毒后的气管套管上均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌。经临床观察,碘伏消毒液无刺激性,戊二醛和84消毒液均显示出一定刺激性。结论所观察的3种消毒液对硅胶气管套管消毒效果较好,但碘伏消毒液在使用安全性方面更优于戊二醛和84消毒液。Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of three different liquid disinfectants for silicone tracheal cannulas. Methods Cotton swabbing sampling method and viable counting method were applied to observe the disinfection efficacy of iodophor, glutaraldehyde and 84 disinfectant for used silicone tracheal cannulas. Results Three group and each group with 24 cases of used silicone tracheal cannulas were soaked in 5 g,/L available iodophor disinfectant, 20 g/L glutaraldehyde and 84 disinfectant with 250 mg/L available chlorine for 20 minutes respectively. The results showed that both natural bacteria and staphylococcus auretts were not detected out in aU cases. And clinical observation results suggested that glutaraldehyde and 84 disinfectant had little irritation. Conclusion Three liquid disinfectants are all effective for disinfection for silicone tracheal cannula, and iodophor is the best for safety concerns.
