摘 要:目的了解乌鲁木齐市医疗机构餐饮具污染状况及消毒效果,加强医疗机构餐饮具卫生管理。方法采用纸片粘贴采样法和细菌定量检测法,对乌鲁木齐市10所医疗机构职工食堂的餐饮具进行了监测与分析。结果共采样各种餐饮具100份,消毒效果总平均合格率为63.0%。采样套餐盘40份,消毒效果合格率为72.5%,茶碗茶杯40份,消毒效果合格率为65%;凉菜间用具(砧板和刀具)合格率最低,仅为40%。结论乌鲁木齐市医疗机构食堂公用餐具卫生质量合格率较低,应加强对医疗机构餐饮具卫生消毒管理。Objective To understand the food contamination and disinfection effect of tableware of medical institutions in Urumqi city in order to strengthen tableware hygiene management of medical institutions. Methods The paper paste sampiing and bacteria quantitative detection methods were used to monitor and analyze the tableware status of staff canteens in 10 hospitals of Urumqi city. Results There were 100 copies tableware sampled and the total average disinfection qualified rate was 63.0% ; there were 40 copies sampling plan disc and the disinfection qualified rate was 72. 5% ; there were 40 copies teacups sampled and the disinfection qualified rate was 65.0% ; the disinfection qualified rate of cold dishes room equipment ( cutting boards and knives ) was the lowest, which accounted for 40%. Conclusion The qualified rate of hy- gienic quality of public tableware is low in medical institutions of Urumqi city. It is necessary to strengthen disinfection management of tableware in medical institutions.
