矿物纤维改性及其对阔叶木不同浆张性能的影响

摘　　要：对矿物纤维不同的改性方法及其在不同浆料中的应用进行了研究。对于TMP浆,用CPAM改性矿物纤维效果优于CS,其最佳添加量8%,此时抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐折度分别下降8.1%、10.3%、20.0%,透气度、伸长率分别提高了200.2%、16.6%;对于BKP浆,同样CPAM改性优于CS,其最佳添加量可达14%,抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐折度、耐破指数分别下降了10.8%、14.1%、32.6%、19.0%,透气度、伸长率分别提高了328.2%、10.2%。添加矿物纤维的效果也明显优于滑石粉填料,表明矿物纤维除了起填料作用外还有纤维效应。最后通过测定不同pH值下的ζ电位分析矿物纤维的改性结果。The modification of mineral fiber in different ways and its effect on paper properties were studied.The results show that the better method of surface modification is modified by CPAM.The proper dosage of CPAM modified mineral fiber in the hardwood TMP pulp is 8.0%,the tensile index,tear index and folding strength decrease 8.1%,10.3% and 20.2% respectively,but the porosity and tensile stretch increase 200.2% and 16.6%.The proper dosage of CPAM in hardwood BKP is 14.0%,and the tensile index,tear index,folding strength and burst index reduce 10.8%,14.1%,32.6% and 19.0% respectively,but the porosity and tensile stretch increase 328.2% and 10.2%.Under same dosage of filler,the paper properties of adding mineral fiber are better than those of adding talc.
