浅谈高速纸机流浆箱的最新发展

摘　　要：纸机流浆箱是造纸设备的核心单元,现已具有多种类型的成熟产品,其发展一直受到国内造纸企业与设备制造商的关注。福伊特公司作为世界顶级造纸设备制造商,于2010年推出了新一代流浆箱产品,使纸张质量与设备节能效果得到了明显的提升,代表了流浆箱技术的发展方向。本文结合这一产品,介绍了高速纸机流浆箱稀释水系统、喷嘴结构的改进,取消热补偿与回流系统的设计,及控制系统故障诊断等方面的发展。Duo to the headbox is the core unit of paper machine and there are many kinds of mature products in the market, its development has been paid close attention by the paper industry and equipment manufacturers. And as the top-level manufacturer of paper making equipment, Voith has introduced the new generation headbox in 2010, which represented the tendency of technology development and improved the paper quality and energy saving effect significantly. Combined with this product, this article described the currently developent of optimized dilution water technology and slice geometry, no heating system required and no recirculation lines.
