摘　　要：土地资源的配置方式需要《土地管理法》的确认和保护,所以在土地资源配置方式的变化中,特别是市场配置方式的逐步完善,也要《土地管理法》进行不断修改和完善。中国土地资源的市场配置方式目前仍存在土地市场不健全、国家干预不适当,以及由此带来的土地利用不高效等问题,这也是目前《土地管理法》等相关政策法规不完善造成的。因此,必须通过修改《土地管理法》及相关法律,健全土地资源市场配置机制,协调好市场机制与国家干预的关系,保障土地资源的优化配置。The method of allocating land resource should be affirmed and protected in the Land Administration Law,thus the Land Administration Law should be changed and improved for the development of that,especially the means of market allocation.There are many problems in the means of market allocation of land resource,such as imperfection of land market,improper state intervention,and uneffective use of the land,which are caused by the deficiency of Land Administration Law and the related laws.So we must amend the Land Administration Law and the related laws to improve the means of market allocation of land resource,and handle well with the relationship of market mechanism and state intervention.Only in this way can we optimize the allocation of land resources.
